the crystal is a little over 5 inches ,has some chlorite on it,a brown color looks fibrous.other smaller all throughout it too. biotite or black hornblende flaky crystals,feldspar etc.

Brown long crystal fibrous roundish elongated.shape like asbestos. believe sillimanite.other choice would be andalusite?  |
