Can I please have help identifying this rock that I found it is very heavy very cold at all times it is very deep underneath the top layer of dirt

From your description I would say permafrost.

Well if it’s not permafrost it’s a stone the Inca use to use called the invisible stone what you do is grind it up in to a fine powder mix with water then drink it and kaboom your invisible. Or you could put the rock in your mouth until you disappear and then you can become invisible when ever you want then you can reappear and disappear at will. But by the looks you must have got it wet now you just have to let it dry until you can find it again.
