I've always been impressed with NDK knife handles so I decided to try one. Nate has been so amazing with helping me I'll add pictures as it progresses

MsAli Ali it's looking awesome so far! I think the hard part is over. hummingbirdstones Robin I also think you should try it. Can be stressful but extremely rewarding once finished š

I had to take a second look. First glance I thought it was wood. Are these slabs for the handle? If so that's pretty cool! (Either way it's cool but I don't think I've seen stone used for a handle before)

It's better that scale popped off now when there still some meat on it. If you had them fully shaped it would most likely be a PITA to get it lined up again.

I'm still working on getting the other side off so I can epoxy it
