My canvas pad with 100k diamond paste got destroyed so I ordered a new pad and paste. The pad was coarser than the Diamond Pacific but I had the same one I used for 50k. I took a completed Blue Mountain cab with a high dome and redopped it. I wasn't happy with the polish. I used the cab to work in the paste for about 15 minutes. Generally when a cab that normally polishes well, doesn't I assume the problem is sanding or prepolishing. The cab ended up with a mirror polish.
