i ordered some of pho's petrified wood to slab. only got a heel and 1 slab before it started getting too dark for me to stay and slab. you sure are lucky to be able to go pick this up pho! kim

That really shows the rings doesn't it. Nice cut Kim. Now I have a question ... why did it get too dark to stay and slab? Does that huge saw take up all the electricity you're alloted for the evening? *smile* (Ok, smack me ... couldn't resist.)

WOW...that sure is nice Kim...I was hoping it would turn out good. Now let's see the rest of the stuff. ..as for the light...just remember we had candles before we had electric bulbs....or there is always a nice big pile of wood burning .....

cher my saw is in our commercial warehouse and it's scarey after dark. sometimes it's scarey before dark lol.

If you look real close you can clearly see where that tree had some damage to it at one time. It is clear to me that some dinosaure hit that tree while running away from a volcane eruption or something worse that that... This has been recoreded forever in time for us courtsey of Mother Nature...thanks mom...

Duh- i was so busy being an idiot that I did not study the pic! Wow it is some wood! I just got some Texas wood from a co-worker- but when that is gone I'll be looking for some phowoodite!
