Here are a few of the Cabs I'm working on. I finally have a few done to practice my wire wrap. This is Lapis: This is porcelin jasper: Another Lapis: CrazyLace: Pet Wood I believe this is Obsidian. Still need more shine. This is my favorite. Can you see the sunrise? I like this, but don't know what it is: This is a piece of Arkansas Turquoise: They will get better, but it's so much fun! Trish

trish those are fantastic! now when you get that saw you are really going to be on a roll. i wanted a slab of lapis so bad when i was at judy's but the cost of the charoite and seraphanite slabs caused me to put it back. i'll get it next time i come!

You're doing great and yes, I see the sunrise. That blue is so pretty, I can see why it's so popular and expensive.

The two Lapis stones came from the almost 3 lbs. I got from Beartrade after waiting a month. There was probably enough dark blue to make about 4 cabs, the rest looks like the second cab with just a little blue in it to some with just a speck of blue. It was only $3.50 a lb. so I knew it wouldn't be quality, but expected it to all have some lapis in it. Trish
