Another fresh cut. Forgot the before picture but I'm liking the after pic. Looking for suggestions of what you'd do with this? Cut in to a few cabs? Something else?

A beautiful slab. I would face polish. I don't have a ton of experience face polishing. I do have a vibratory flat lap without much runtime - would you use that? Something else?

Agatewhisperer, I would use a flat lap to smooth both surfaces and either use a vibratory flat lap or in my case use a UV-18 vibe. The piece you have may polish well as long as the crystal area is structurally sound. The soft areas will undercut or erode out and can be filled with epoxy.
