Wow, Susan, you have beautiful green eyes. My bother-in-law is the only person I know who's eyes may be a little greener. They are emerald green. Love that wire wrap your wearing. Make it yourself? Here's me. I was trying to show a new necklace and my face got in the way. Come on everybody, lets see that mug cookie

Hey Cher-
Your grandson looks good in that hockey sweater. Where does he play..city that is? What position? Is he still playing? I wish him the best of luck!!! Oh how I would've loved growing up in Minnesota (skating all day and night on the frozen lakes and rivers), but then again, I've had a great life here too.
Hey Lotta- Did you think of rolling it back to NM???

Actually, he doesn't play hockey, but his Dad did in highschool. They are all into moto-cross now but who knows, he might get into it when he gets older. There's a skating rink on almost every corner up here in the winter and if you're not close enough, you just flood the backyard to make one.

Hey Lotarocks, that thing is awesome, any idea what it is? I can't even imagine how they could make a one that big.

Pondering the depths of the rocks of all ages. Yes, such a deep thinker I am. Yeahhhhh, riiiiiiiight- An extra shot of Burro Creek where NMrocks and I went, and I THOUGHT I left my camera there. A much better photo than those of my mug, as a consolation photo, so to speak. -Banjo

Time to edit this post and give an updated photo since the one originally posted here had become more than 10 years out-of-date. It's the end of March 2017 as I type this, and here's a selfie of me on a hike in mid-Feb 2017, at a local natural area. -Don

This is me a few years ago down at Padre Island beach. We spent a few days down there looking for sea shells....found a bunch too. That was before I started rockhounding... getting the feet wet...
