ok, almost July...(you know you are old when you start making Christmas presents in June).
here is a little project that i just finished for my auntie in Texas. she is an "angel" person but i am most definetly am NOT, so it sat for a while.
originally i had grand visions of mounting it in silver as a window decoration, but a few of the agate pieces had flaws and i realized it was way beyond my current expertise. if i knew how to use lead cane for stained glass work, i might have tried that as well, but here you go, a Xmas tree decoration (or possible a rear view mirror dangly):

the backing is that "Lacy's Stiff Stuff" craft backing, if anyone needs some to play with IM me i got a bunch. similar construction to that beaded cuff i made a while back but a lot less time involved!
