5lb 4oz of super flashy labradorite 7 x 5 inch, $50 In order to keep the "flash" labradorescense, how is it cut to keep the color face-up as in a cab or polished slab..........and what would be advisable to cut it with........?

It all depends on the angle of the crystal, you will have to determine to your needs to get the best chatoyant flash. A diamond saw will be the best ,lapidary or tile saw.
