The narrow, flatter MFRB has 546 cu. in. The standard MFRB has 514 cu. in. That’s 32 extra cubic inches for the same low price. The cardboard does seem to be a bit lighter, not sure how it would hold up to the tossing but enough tape could fix that.

The only thing I know for sure is that padded flat rate envelopes are a much better option than sfrb.

When I ship FRB boxes, I double them. Trimming and adjusting the internal to fit
