Hi all, as I stated in each of the last few cab contest threads everyone is free to request a free grab bag of rough cut cabochon preforms that match the theme of the contest. I thought I would take it up a notch for this contest and see if we can generate some takers while supporting the contest. ALL GONE(5) bags are being offered, all I ask in return is anyone who requests a bag agrees to do their best to create a cabochon from the material and enter it into the current (September) cabochon contest. Bags are free and I'll cover US domestic First Class postage - if you want it rushed to you I'll let you pay $8 for a SFRB box. Truth is it probably won't beat the First Class mail by more than a couple of days. All five bags are created from the pieces shown in the photos below. Which package you receive is purely random for you and for me... bags and packages are already sealed and shuffled. All five bags contain four preforms each as follows: (1) piece rare Colla Wood (chrysocolla in petrified wood) (1) piece Saddle Mountain picture wood (1) piece Palm root wood (four bags contain rare pink color) (1) piece Assorted wood (one bag contains a small piece of rare Hells Canyon wood)   |

With the pandemic, I'm working about 80 hours a week (it's good for job security, if you are in the Health and Safety field). Working today, in fact. PM on its way. |
