Practice makes perfect, eh?
Those last three remind me of old-stock Mexican we have here. Vivid colors, and polishes up like glass!
Oh yeah, always gotta' love orby Willow Creek - no matter what color it is.

Fantastic! Just curious, do you use templates? Either way, I love them all!

Fantastic! Just curious, do you use templates? Either way, I love them all! thanks mike! yeah, the rounded triangles, oval, long points and the willow creek are all from templates. got them with my genie so have been testing them out and trying to stay as true to the template shape as possible. definitely not as fun as freeform imo.

The cabs came out beautifully! I really like the glass pendants. They're very cheerful

You have some awesome cabs there. I love the Willow Creek (orbs, not spots π), and the last three. The Pietersite is mind-blowing.

The cabs came out beautifully! I really like the glass pendants. They're very cheerful thank you! the glass is quick, easy and fun. theres no real way of messing up the framing of the pattern and can go from preform to completed cab in 15-20 minutes.

Iβve had few fractures, and the material generally takes a wonderful mirror polish.

Wow, you do a really great job of shaping them. Sorry, I've never even tumbled a rock, but the accuracy here is inspiring me. Thanks for posting the pictures. I'll build some equipment one day to try (something like) this. I may throw it all in the creek after looking at these pictures though!
Regards, H1

Regards, H1 thanks horseman1! you can achieve similar results with a dremel and tumbler if dont want to wait to build a cab machine. but there should be a disclaimer that comes before you get started in the hobby- Just to be prepared for an all out rock addiction/obsession to quickly develop!

I've heard that and I will consider myself officially warned. It wont be your fault if I end up down the rat hole!
