Hello, I’m new here. I have @ question about cabbing ocean picture stone from BC Canada. I bought some rough, and after cabbing it I notice Quite a few cracks and fractures in the finished pieces. Has anyone else worked with this material. Is it the nature of the stone ? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. I don’t have a cloud account to show you my actual pieces, but can direct you to see what the stone looks like. Sample

I have posted this is the wrong section. Could someone move it for me while I get better acquainted with format of posting. I haven't cabbed a lot of it, but from what I have done and seen, it seems the nature of the stone to have small cracks where the different materials meet. I know a guy on Instagram who sells a lot of these and even the ones with cracks get snapped up. Concentrate on getting good scenes out of it.
