I have an old 14" Highland Park slab saw on legs, and I've recently decided to give it an overhaul adding a new blade, bearings, oil, etc. Problem is, I can't remember what the cutting oil level should be.
Would anyone know?

For all saws the oil level should generally 1/4 inch or so above the diamond portion of the blade. Dont know how many ounces for your particular saw, but you can just keep adding more oil mand checking the level till it is where it needs to be.
