I will start by saying I'm not much of a computer person and the entire cloudinary site pretty much appears to be written in a foreign language to me. I was able to follow the tutorials to post pics but aside from that I know nothing about how to use that site.
the free plan gives 25 credits on a rolling 30 day cycle and since August, with the exception of a few days, all of my 25 free credits have been used up. I have in the past posted quite a few pics and never got close to using the 25 credits, that I know of. seeing how their cheapest paid plan is $99 a month I will only use the free plan. there is a notice at top of page that says the folowing-
"accessing original images without any transformation is responsible for 78% of your bandwidth usage. If possible, specify image dimensions to match the actual view size."
I'm hoping that makes sense to someone because it doesnt to me. I havent changed any settings since I set up the acct so not sure why having this issue as of late.
there is also a graph showing bandwidth and requests and until mid August the bandwidth always tracked lower than requests but mid august the bandwith exceeds requests. I'd post a screenshot of it but of course I'd have to upgrade my acct lol.
if anyone knows their way around this site and can help pls let me know. I'd be happy to give login info for cloudinary if would be easier to poke around yourself and look at settings or whatnot. thanks I advance for any help can be!

Ok I adjusted your incoming transformations to 800 x 800 pixels. The photos you’ve been uploading are 10 MB or more, now the view bandwidth will be 200-300 kb

I do the same mohs. But if it was harder to change pic size I would use incoming transformations. Doing it myself gives me more options.

I appreciate your help and hopefully it will fix the issue. tho I have to wait until my usage gets below 25 credits before can post pics and see
