Hi all. I've got to say I am pleased with this batch. This is local petwood I got from Pho a while back. I'm honestly not sure how long it ran in coarse, but it was somewhere between 2 and 3 months. There was originally 15# of it, and it was at 10# when I decided to move on. Let's see, about 2 weeks in 120/220 in the the rotary (I had to break this into 3 batches, so this is for each batch, 2 are still running) 1 week in 600 in the rotary, 4 days in tripoli int the rotary, 3 days in tripoli in the vibe, 2 days in CO in the vibe, with a 24 hour Borax burnish between and/or after each stage. This is the first batch out. These are the shiniest: Half the load: The other half: My camera ain't so hot, but the shine showed up pretty good, better in life, of course. ;D I just started the next 2# batch into CO in the vibe, and I think it might turn out even better shine wise. This first batch was of my personal pics. Enjoy! cookie

I believe Pho is in Lyons, Tx, correct me if I'm wrong. No, Pho, I definitely got well beyond my "monies" worth. I'm planning on doing a whole line of Pet wood jewelry with the entire 10#. Pet wood is my favorite stone right now and this batch is all so beautiful, I couldn't be more pleased. That big old Model B the "Tumbler Fairy" sent me makes it easy to just let the rocks roll long enough to shape them really well. Any body interested in some lovely polished pet wood? The best is yet to come. I still have 6# yet to finish. Yummy jewelery is on the horizon. I'm Happy! ;D cookie

Cookie, Great shine on those babies!! They all look good, but I'm kinda partial to the ones with the red blush in them.

It is a bummer that I went back to that pasture last week to get some more pet wood and found a big for sale sign hanging on the gate...so looks like I'm losing my good spot...
