my guess would be about 10 - 12 inches or so (looking at the grain the wood), am I right Tonya?

What a cool idea! Are they all glued on? What kind of glue? (krazy glue?) And how much glue did you need to make it? Sorry for dumb questions, but I'm curious... and kinda dumb! Joe

That is a clever idea espiecially if you put it in sunlight, the rocks will change with the change of the light. Tami
