I buy there occasionally. I saw a Morrisonite slab on auction. They also had a buy it now on 3 small pieces of Morrionite rough, My plan was to bid the minimum on the slab. I got side tracked and missed the auction, but the item didn't sell. I sent them a message asking the auction item be changed to a buy it now. No response, but the item was relisted as a BIN. I ordered the two items. The shipping wasn't combined, but shortly after ordering I got a refund on the shipping cost without asking. I guess they are busy with 5,000 items listed and 60,000 feedbacks. Great customer service and bargains to be had. After I slab the rough, I'll post pictures.

That’s pretty cool of them. I’ve tried that with sellers who only have a handful of items and had no luck. 😅 I’ll make sure to try this with this vendor if a similar instance happens.

I've bought one big combined order from them once after trading with someone who was raving about her. Turned out I had watched some of their items and they were pretty accommodating. They also have some stuff that is harder to find on the market sometimes so that's nice.
