We finished our first batch of tumbled rocks and learned a lot, don't skip course grit no mater how smooth they are, how to get the slurry right in a vibe tumbler and don't waste your time on rocks that won't ever come our right. We got about the same amount in what I will call seconds out of this batch, hence what we learned above.

Thanks pauls. Would you have went for a higher polish for shinnier rocks ? Also I did not burnish after the polish.

Great job on your first tumble! I'm waiting on my first tumble to finish in the vibe! It won't be ready until Saturday, so I'm anxious. And you're right about the lessons learned on the first one!
