Kim - All I saw was a reception area - carpet, glass, phones, computers and catalogs sitting out on tables. No public access to supplies as far as I could tell - I was on my lunch break from work so I just grabbed the 2 catalogs and ran out the door. It appears to be strictly an online/phone order company. They also provide outstanding jewelry classes according to a beading friend... I do know Rio Grande was started by a local couple whose family then turned it into this HUGE supply company. The catalog is awesome. Be sure you phone in for a a customer service number before ordering online. Without that number you will be SOL. Susan
