Hey everyone. This is an opal I purchased at an estate sale a week ago. It wasn’t properly finished even though it was polished. It had lumps, uneven doming and the shape was not uniform. After about 20 minutes of work I was really happy with how it turned out and I thought the pattern was really unique. I showed my girlfriend, she said it looked like a dancer. I hadn’t noticed that but I see it now. I present to you the dancer. Final weight of 11.95 carats. Hope you enjoy.
