I have a love/hate relationship with my Covington. Sometimes it works great and other times it is a pain. I have a 14 inch Mk301 in the saw which came with a 16. I replaced the alligator clip, made sure the set screws were tight and fiddled with the clutch. It kept jamming and I completed some cuts backing it out and made sure that it was dressed. I got tired of the situation and bought a new blade which arrived today. I mounted the blade and made sure it was tight. It cuts fine and doesn't wobble but the cutting is kind of bouncy. I didn't see a need to dress it but did a couple passes to see if that helped. The older blade was a lot smoother. Any ideas?
