All of these were in the same batch, 3 days in 220, 3 days 600 and I finished them off with 3 days in cerium. Now to figure out what to do with them, besides sitting in a candy dish. Some mixed agates: Some ocean jasper: Montana agate: Mixed stuff: More mixed: And more mixed: This next one I will try to get a better photo of to show the colors better, it is of the tuxedo agate:

OMG you did a totally awesome job on those. Wonderful shapes, I like them all. That tuxedo agate is just out of this world, someday I need to get some of that. Love those two purple/pinkish ones in the first pic top left. You should be very proud, you did a great job. That Montana agate it stunning too.

OMG send me some pieces, I'll do something with them! Love the tuxedo agate, so many possibilities how cruel of you to shape them up real nice like that and now know what to do with them AND tell us they're destined for the candy dish! - THE HORROR! I'll take a nice handful if you want. If you can shape em up like that, try wrapping or jewelry making - poor us (me) who can't shape our (my) rocks and have so many ideas for them if they could be shaped like yours *going off to cry now* Excellent job BTW

Beautiful stones! Did you cut them into those shapes before you put them in the vibe?

Fantastic! How did you make those shapes? I love 'em. They cry out to be wirewrapped, I can hear them. Great job and sooo fast too! Joe

All Superb E.D. I am partial to the Montana and Tuxedo. Nice photos too! Who supplied you with the Tuxedo? I have not seen any around in quite some time. Great Job!! --Banjo

OH WOW!!! I can think of a few things that can be done with those rocks, ie: wrapping, mosaic, on some of my sisters paintings, or my dad's wooden picture frames. Tami

E-Dawg, I'm with Banjo, I love the tuxedo agate and Montana agate best (but you've done a great job on everything). Somehow it seems weird to be passing Ocean Jasper up for Montana agate, but in this case the shoe fits, even though that is some nice OJ too!

Wow, each picture has some great stuff! I was sort of eyeing up some tuxedo agate not to long ago at the Gem Shops site. Had to quickly leave because there were too many things I wanted there.
I'm guessing you got some of this from the Gem Shop. That tuxedo agate is wild I keep going back to drool over that picture!

Gee thanks you guys. Yepper, the tuxedo agate came from the Gem Shop, as alot of you know that is my favorite store to visit. From what Gene said the tuxedo is fairly new stuff, the process has been around for awhile though. I thought I posted some pic. of the stuff right after my big haul in the Jaguar. Stoner: I used my 100 grit wheel on a few of them to get the chipping down after cutting some.

Great job earthdog! You should wrap them. If wrapping's not your thing, then post them up on e-bay. I know lots of people look for rocks to wrap.

I really like the black ocean Jasper. It looks like a view from space. Earth down at the bottom of the triangle, and stars above in space.

They are awesome ED - if you don't know what to do with them you could send them to me and I'll practice my wirewrapping on 'em... I still haven't gotten a chance to work with my little combo unit. QUESTION re: tuxedo agate? It is a "dyed" stone, no? I was reading about how they turn agate black, first it is soaked in a warm sugar solution for 1-3 weeks, then placed in sulphuric acid where it is permitted to cool for several hours. It would be interesting to try it with some nice banded agate. Latez - S

NMrocks, you are very right. Gene told me they soaked it in honey for about 3 months, then did the acid to them which turns it black. Ive got to get some better pic. of them. A few pieces have dark red in them also. I love the stuff, and my crappy pictures did not do them justice at all. I have a big 3 to 4 lb piece of montana agate I need someone to slab, then I can do more.
