I found a small but decent slab of Petoskey stone hiding on my workbench last night. This one was a bit harder on the MOHS scale then normal.

Really nice crisp details in the pattern

Did you ever take home any of the really hard, really white ones? It’s usually not good quality, but I have a slab or two that I think I could get a cab out of.

I love the geometric patterns found in this material.
