Been burnishing for a good 24 hours now, changed the water out every 8 hours with hot water and new borax. Got these pits with rapid polish lodged in them with no way to get them out, any advice?

Best way is an ultrasonic cleaner. the next best way is tooth brush with soapy water then put in a freezer. Sometimes the wet will grow ice crystals that pull/push out the polish similar to how hoarfrost lifts dirt.

Guess I'll have to grab an ultrasonic cleaner.

Careful with Ultrasonic cleaners, they can shatter rocks if they hit the resonant frequency. A water jet cloth cleaner is the best, they are probably cheaper than an ultrasonic too.

Soft toothbrush and a tiny bit of dish soap. Gently, some of the Leland Blue is very soft.

Jamesp suggests to add Sugar to the polish stage so it will desolve during cleanout.
