Its sandstohn or some sort of sedimentary mix. At least that what I thought when I ground it Fairly soft/fragile and surprised I didn't break the point ha
Sandstohn is one of my favorites to create rock’nhearts from
That white streak is reminds me of chrystotile or some sort of fibrous material
Really a geologic wonders how those layers get sorted...

To the seaming comments
Certain types of rocks rocks and stripe pattern make melding the seam much easier serpentine are really good and the striped sands

I should add the mimbres was a tough gig that edge chipped real bad sawing and flat lapping I worked it until the point broke ha then it was time to punt and seam let the chips fall where thy may
still rates as one of my nicer stohnhearts pendant not every side is good mostly
