great job chass.
I found a piece of pet wood localy. It feels more like a soft type of rock, but definately has turned to rock.
Hope it turn out as well as yours when I decide to put it in the tumbler.

Sweet, Chass. The grain and shine on the pet wood are terrific. What was your recipe?

I really like the brown round piece second from the left on the top of the detail picture, when tumbling it disintigrates quickly...This must be opalized as opposed to agatized wood...found this one and the blond and grayish petwood in Southeast Utah last year..The grainy wood up top right in the first picture is from Phoe csroc

Those turned out really nice. You have a nice piece of bloodstone in that batch too. Tami

Chass, Nice job on the shine and shape. With all the recent pics of pet wood, I have caught the pet wood bug. I added some pet wood (and some agates) from NMRocks in coarse last week!

That looks superb Chassroc - gives me a target for my 3 batches on the go at 80 grit at the mo from Krazy Diamond.
I'll post some pics when done.
What are you going to do with that batch?
Anything special?
