Hey John..good to see ya on the boards again. Things will settle down for you soon...just take your time. No need to send anything back for trade...would love to see some slabs of that pet wood though...

Pho, that's some beautiful quartz, where did you get it? It's so nice and clear, hardly any fractures at all. Nice job on the shine too!!

That is from the last trip to Mt. Ida where I got to meet Trish and Kim.....yeah..we do find some nice stuff around there. I took that out of polish after 6 days..figures it ain't gonna shine better than what it is now....and I used CE for polish on this batch. This load went 4 weeks in 60/90, one week in 120/200 one week in 500, one week in pre-polish and then the 6 days is polish.

You could sure fool someone by dropping a few pieces in a cool drink ! <G> very nice,,,,,, I hope at least one rock in my bunch turns out as well..... are these some that you "boiled" ? I thought about boiling some of mine, but rather liked the lines, So I will see how they look....

Wow, that's some nice clear quartz, Pho. Reminds me of half-melted ice cubes. Nice batch!

We are looking at some ear rings and some pendents too. Some of the bigger ones are going in my water fall thing I plan to make....

Hey Pho, Those look great! I've never tumbled a whole batch before, but I have thrown in a piece or two here and there and they really do shine up great with no fractures. The crystal is much more solid than just clear quartz. Trish

Give a batch a try Trish...throw in some with fractures and some clear...both come out so nice and pretty. Put in some with the black on the edge too...aha...just throw in a handfull of everything.....

I'll try it one of these days. Right now my barrells are full for crazy lace and pet. wood. Can't wait to see how those turn out I'm so busy on other things right now, I'm going to just let them run and run until they are super smooth. Trish
