OMG KD's work is just awesome. I sent her some Lakers awhile back and she made me a cab from a piece. Is this gorgeous or what? Thank you KD, it's absolutely stunning!

There is a fracture there, right down the center but amazingly it's very solid. It's kind of weird the way it runs right through the V of the lines, even offsetting them a tiny bit. I'm not even sure if it actually is fractured or if during the time it was being formed it fractured then sealed itself back up. Either way, it's just stunning and KD got a gorgeous shine on it too. This one is going to be a pendant for me!!

WOW KD you never fail to amaze! THat is so incredible! KD how do you get that shine like that- What polish are you using and is that on a leather pad? what is the final wheel before you go to polish? I think I remeber you stating that you were running diamond? Sorry cher didn't mean to hyjack- it just that that cab is so amazing it just brought up all my cabbing questions!

No problem at all Stefan, it's a good time to ask those questions. I'm sure KD will be happy to answer your questions on how she did this. Honestly, the picture doesn't do it justice, it's really a stunner.
Gaetz, Steve, this is KD's (KrazyDiamond) handiwork, not Kims.

What a terrific stone! It does apear the fracture had something to do with the way the lines formed. Stunning.

those Lakers are what is amazing, almost as nice as Botswanas (almost).
Stefan, that is just the Genie working there on the polish. i have a canvas pad that affixes to the end of the arbor, but i've never used it (i got some killer diamond polish to try too!).
Cher, i don't remember that internal fracture being that prominent, i'll have to go back and try and find you slab photos, maybe it was the flash?
glad you like it and can't wait to see what magic you do with this stone.

You must use some kind of polish with the genie though, that agate has a spectacular shine.
