nice rocks- A bit chippy (or is that an illision) what are they? the last rock looks like some kind of agate?

Pho, what kind of rocks are the ones from Kim? Were they her local stuff or is that some of the African stuff? Love that piece on the bottom of the first pic, looks like a heart.

Those are the ones Kim got from Africa..I don't remember the name of them but I am sure Kim can tell you.

it's the vogesite pho. how bad did it fracture when you hammer busted it? and did it fracture any in the tumbling process? it has some natural sealed fractures but suffers under the hammer and slabs beautifully. i think it will cab good but i haven't gotten that far. i forgot to tell you since i gave you yours before i had hammered some myself. i will cut you up some to tumble pho so we can see if that helps. i only hammered a small bit as i quickly saw it was going to destroy it with the fractures like that blue agate i got. almost like shattering glass where the hammer hits it. i just cut these off a 16 lb piece today - different ends of the same stone. i put arrows where a fracture is. the rest of the lines are natural internal fractures. kim
