I've been wanting to upload my photos for a long while now, but I can't get Cloudinary to cooperate. I have my account linked up, but when I hit upload, the pictures appear in my post as downloadable links- not fun to look at. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've followed the steps and restarted a few times now and I can't get it right. I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong. I am on a Macbook Pro if that matters.
Thanks guys.

When you look in your Cloudinary account do the photos you uploaded show up there in your library? Would you mind going through the process and making a post here so I can take a look at the BBCode generated in your post and maybe get a clue what's going on? Thanks

I'm going to move this thread up to the technical help board to keep it a little more visible and on target. Testing:

Joe I changed the file extension from .heic to .jpg and the image appears. I'm not sure what .heic is or where it comes from but I think Cloudiary thinks it's a type of file other than a photo? Not sure.

Here's an article on how to set your iPhone to share jpegs instead of heic files.
