Wanted to say hello. Very difficult living where sand and shells are the fair when you lick rocks I am close enough to some places in AL and GA I can make trips. Now if I could just get TSA to quit snickering at me for bringing rocks back from my work travels. See you on the boards, Steven

Hello from Virginia Beach... the OTHER land of sand and shells. No rocks, but plenty of clay.

Greetings from Vermont, where all the rocks are grey or green. But Florida has Tampa Bay agate. And fossilized shark teeth. How I love fossilized shark teeth.
PS, If you don't want to deal with the TSA, go to the post office and stick all your rocks in a flat-rate box with enough dirty clothes to keep stuff well packed. You won't have to haul around your dirty laundry nor your heavy rocks.

Yeah most of the rocks in FL are south florida. TAMPA is 6 hours away from me in Destin FL.
