Hello, does anyone have a copy of this that they could digitally lend to me? I have been trying for 2 years to get my library to track down a copy and borrow through the interlibrary loan program that connects most libraries nationwide and they have been unable to locate a copy. PM me, I'd be happy to send you a piece of gem bone or nice agate as a thank you.
