Yeah, rockjunquie, it is great material. Maybe lots of people think like I did. I never looked into it because it was "just flint". Until I joined here and saw photos of it polished, that is.

Vince, that was my first thoughts about flint as well...Hmmmph! Flint! - has turned into "OMG, OMG, OMG, it's Flint!"
