Pretty weird. Starts at the spark plug with more stories after it.

This is an oldie. Can't recall now where I read the explanation but it turned out to be an identifiable recently-made plug from a former piece of mining equipment used at that location. It even had the manufacturer's brand printed on it.

Yeah, I saw this a long time ago, too. It is a 1920s Champion spark plug.
