Kim, Bravo!. Those are fantastic! What is the stone in the penultimate pic, the heart? That's amazing. And, by the way, I love the way you display your work sitting on the raw quartz. It just adds to the whole wonder of it all. Thank you for sharing. matt

WOW I love the lace heart - nice placement too (the white part fits perfectly) Actually I love them all! I'm with Rollingstone - I'll use my kid's thumbs to add to mine! How rounded are your hearts done? I like yours better!

thanks all. i modified the pics to identify the types of stones. steve if i can do it you can certainly do it. tony i worked them on my genie. tweetie they are slightly rounded on both sides and i can waste alot of time moving the templates around looking for just the thing that catches my eye. kd i think the grinding was therapy this week - the more i stressed the faster i ground and the later i stayed up.

Kim, I am in love with the 3 round cabs - the Botswana agate, Picasso marble and the Royal Savannah jasper cabs. Would love to wrap them. Are they for sale, or trade? (I'm gonna have to save for a Genie, or maybe a Pixie). S

Kim I'd like to make a suggestion, don't know what you would think about it, but here it goes. Since you do such beautiful work and so many folks want to buy it, maybe an auction with part of the proceeds to help out with the hurricane victims?

Lovely work Kim , My impression of the pics is that you keep your best rocks on ICE. Very good display.

NM, save for the Genie.......
Kim, you are right, i find grinding clears my head, maybe just focuses me away from other troubles (and all my cares go up in smoke..)
you got some great cabs there, how do you find the Picasso marble to work with?
