No girdle because I was practicing for this month's contest but it took a fantastic shine and cabbed well. I picked up a piece of Stromatolite off eBay awhile back...it went cheap. And it was horribly fractured. I couldn't get a decent slab to come off that to save my life. So, I stuck what was left of it in my petrified wood forest which I've started off the side steps at the house.  |

Love the Imperial! Beautiful stones once again.  Thanks Robin! As you can see from the pic there are a few imperfections, but I like it also. I got that from El JeffA- it's not the shape I would have picked but I wanted to keep the heart. |

Looking good Mike miket ! I knew you would do good things with the RI. Let me know if you want more! I still have a couple of buckets...cut and uncut. I still enjoy sharing material with people who have never had the opportunity to work with it. All are beautiful! |
