Holy crud! Weird shape, shmeird shape. That cab is amazing. Fortifications AND speckles. That’s a definite two-fer (at least). Great wrap. I love the elegantly casual “flung breezily over the shoulder” look. Haha, thanks Stephan! The speckles are way easier to see in the picture.
And that's exactly the look I was going for...
I already tore off the wrap, however.
I have a few findings laying around and I believe I have a cap that might worked glued to one end. That might actually look good, if I can find it in this mess I'll get a picture.
Please do not glue a cap on that beautiful cab, Mike. If you want, you can send it to me and I'll set it in Sterling for you and send it back.

I can't wait to see what you come up with. Let that beautimus rock inspire you.
If you run into any trouble with the wire, Robin and I are always here.

Mike, you're going to have to show me where to find Teepees colored like this one! (In fact, you might have to show me where to find Teepees period! LOL)

Here's a weird shaped Teepee that I wrapped today. I like the colors in this one and kept this shape to save the patterns. I'm wondering if the swirls are too much on this one? Thanks for looking! I LOVE this stone. If it were me, I'd try and fancy a way to make a bracelet out of this with it going lengthwise across my wrist )

I have some funny shaped cabs like this too. It is always a challenge to figure out how to wrap them, since traditional techniques don't often work well enough to contain the stone within the wire. This stone is a stunner. And I think that there is a good balance between the amount of wire around it, to the size of the stone. The piece works well.
