I had purchased a Cabking 6V3. It arrived direct from Reentel very quickly and very safely. Zero issues with it until the GFI plug started to trip constantly (after only 1 week of use). I know a bit about electronics and ran several test on the outlet and everything pointed to a bad GFI plug. I contacted Reentel and asked about a replacement as I dreaded sending the entire unit back for a bad Chinese plug. They agreed 100% and had a new plug to me in just a couple days. I replace the plug and all is good.

I have never heard of Reentel until right now. Good to know about their good customer service.

I've also had a good experience with them. Very responsive and helpful on questions and concerns.
