So I decided to wrap another Teepee from those slabs that my previous wrap came from.
A group effort, indeed. Advice from Tela and Robin on using thinner wire, inspiration from Jason on orienting this one horizontally, and a dash of Wabi-Sabi from Stephan on the imperfections of the cab.
Any thoughts on the wrap and the positioning of the cab are appreciated and thanks for looking!

Looks great, Mike! Your wrapping presents the cab and its patterns very well.

Very nice!! Your wrap complements the cab well, as does the bail.

Another spectacular wrap Mike! I think the horizontal orientation is a great choice for this one! Being a little off-center myself, it looks absolutely perfect to me! As soon as I saw the orientation of the fortifications, it reminded me of the correct way to hang a horse-shoe to catch the good luck!

That’s a beaut, Mike! I’ll happily take the credit for wabi-sabi recognition. Any off-centerness counts, btw.
That pink mossiness is very cool.

That’s an awesome cab, the colors really pop on that one! I like the orientation of the stone and had this thought that two shorter bails with jump rings to attach a chain to either one could look really cool. I marked on your photo here to give you a better idea of where I was thinking for the bails. Thank you, sir! I never thought of that, I think you're right...

I like the orientation of your stone, definitely looks good especially because of the patterns in the stone. I see you went for three bail wires but seems like one of them didn't want to cooperate, that happens sometimes. I like jadedivision's idea of two separated bails to give the wrap a more balanced look. I would have trouble trying to make said two separated bails but it is a neat concept. Beautiful wrap sure sure.

Wires will do that sometimes. Yep, you never know unless you try.
