It took days to finish this. I messed up the bail royally and had to set it aside for a few days before I threw it.  I was trying something new on the bail and it didn't work out. I had to unweave a bunch of it. Luckily I didn't cut any wires, so I could straighten them out and figure something else. You can see it turned out quite a bit different from the idea sketch. I put a patina on it.
Sid, my crazy orange tabby decided to hang out with DH and I for hobby time. I had to wait for her to decide we were boring and leave us before I could do any weaving.
I've been getting really lazy about getting good pictures. Just not feeling it guys. LOL!

I really like this one, Tela, even if you're original idea didn't work out. That dino bone is really nice! Like most gem bone, this didn't look like much before I started working it. Bone is some of my favorite to work because it can start out so ugly and end up so beautiful. |

I like playing with cats who like to play rough (the rabbit kick meets the face-sucker game is fun). I had one cat named JC (jaws & claws) who loved that game, and after chomping on your hand, would cuddle and purr. I guess I have leathery hands. Abbott and Costello both like that game as well. And Clementine, who looks sweet and fluffy, kicks both of their butts when she feels like it. I have proposed changing her name to Nala (“pinned ya!”). |

He was a stray we took in and he's about 18 years old.

She was born in our yard. Mom was a feral. My other cat, named Cat was a stray that took us in. He's about 15 to 18 now and spoiled rotten. He's a lover not a fighter.

Move a toe and our cat goes nuts. Hug, bite, rabbitfoot, crazed run/pounce etc. All fun and games in winter. Summer and thin covers make it more interesting. Also when he learned to cock head sideways to get a better bite/gnaw. lol |

Nice cab and wrap.
My daughter adopted a brother/sister due of felines many years ago. The brother, Simon, sounds a lot like Sid. He insists on attention.
My SIL likes to play tough with him. Lots of biting, scratches, etc. Simon knows who to play tough with and who to play soft with.
He always plays soft with me.

Sid’s a pretty one, too!
My senior cat is an unpredictable. She sits on my lap about 8 hours a day and gets upset at me when I move, get up, or basically do anything that she doesn’t approve of. Biting is her preferred method of communication, but my most recent scars are fading. She’s getting downright docile in her old age and is no longer the ankle-biter she once was.
