(hey I have been busy) I pulled these off the Vibe Lap a few days ago. Cut this slab off of one piece after it was polished, slab is about 3/8" thick. This one is one of my favorite Brazilians to date. Should be able to get another 3 or 4 polished slabs plus the polished end piece. IMG_3384 by Findrocks, on Flickr This White-skin has a nice quartz crystal cavity about 3/4 inch deep. Overall the piece is about 6 inches deep, debating whether or not to cut off an inch to preserve the cavity then polish the face. IMG_3385 by Findrocks, on Flickr

Those are two beauties! I really like that white-skin and your plan for cutting a nice thick slice. That extra translucency should really make it pop!

Those are sweet! You're making me want to fire up the vibe lap I've never used. I've got a Brazilian that looks a lot like that second one you've got. Thanks for sharing.

Two nice specimens Henry! I think I'd have to agree that second one (the White-skin Agate) is a very amazing piece! I'd probably think really hard about - and lean toward doing the thick slice as well...

Wow some real nice Brazilians. I would want to slab a bit, polish the ends and still have some to tumble lol.
