I have to say - that is probably the most beautiful wood I have ever seen. The colors and pattern are beyond awesome! Gorgeous cab, too.

Beautiful cab. Did you slab it? The cut orientation for non petrified wood effects the appearance so it is the same for pet wood.

I do like the grain on the sides. Have you thought of doing a cab with a grove in the side to show off the sides as a pendent?

Oh yeah...I do love this cab! I too like the way the grain becomes a "continuation" going down the sides. I might second the motion to make this one a contender for a groove wrap.
