This would be a cool shadowbox display piece with backlighting.
Cannot really tell how thick the tall, plant looking areas are. Am considering putting this in the flat lap bin. Try using flat lap to grind off some of sliced side. Then polish to semi-gloss finish.

I think the "ferns" will show better once the face is polished up a bit.
	I can't tell if thats some Gneiss Schist, or that Schist is Gneiss. All I know is don't take it for Granite

I think it's a candidate for a vibe tumble. I did this with two Fairburn slices I had. One was a smooth double-sided slab and the other was an end cut like yours. I really did like what it did for the one like yours.
