So Brian recently sent me a gift card to The Rock Shed from a contest that he did and I put it to good use by getting some Brazilians. I've never worked with them before- thanks Brian! Here are a few slabs, I have a couple more rocks to cut. Oh and this was on my saw that the blade came apart on before, it seems to be working just fine- but I left a lot of saw marks!

Got some nice ones...yes! They peaked my interest for sure- especially the one with fortifications! I may have to get some more...

Yes I love Brazilians. I wish I had a brazillion Brazilians lol. But honestly you can't go wrong with them. Such amazing variety in them and no telling what your gonna get. I am a little worried about your saw. There are a lot of saw marks and I worry that possibly your blade is wobbling or possibly bent? Please re-check it before using it again.

I’m happy to see what you got with the gift card, Mike! Looks like you got a variety of nice Brazilians! I like the yellows in the first two pictures. Some pretty cool fortifications as well!

Thanks, but most of the marks are because the rocks were too large and I had to rotate them...

I like your Brazilians Mike! I've only worked one piece of Brazilian Agate so far and liked everything about it. I think you've got some real beauties there.

I think next time I might pick up the smaller ones, though. We'll see. I like how each one was different, each one a surprise Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with them- I may polish some as slabs or just cut them smaller and make some cabs I guess.
