what is thestep by step for posting photos on this rockhobby website ?it would be a service to assist new to computer information transfer, what if any is the benefit of this non-rock hobby site not being cynical just want to know? people want picture yet there is no guidance to get it done .thaks for any help. gemmaster

gemmaster Ok here 1. go to www.photobucket.com or a host you like.. 2. sign up for the free hosting 3. photobuket send you a e-mail 4. once you have a account with photobucket 5. upload your photos 6. you will see 3 lines of code URL is if you want to link the photo with text [ url ] your photo link here [ /url ] TAG is hmtl code do not need unless you making a web page IMG is the one you need copy and paste that line into your messge. [ img ] your photo [ /img ] and you will see the photo on the board. People here will help you find a way to post a photo just have to ask.. As for the the other board I made, I put links to a few rock web sites, It is easy to find in one location than looking all over many threads to find the link you need. As for the photo page I made those cause I like to look at all the great stones people polished like James, the number one guy here I think. If you asking for a photo page of your OWN ? If you are then IM with questions.
