victor1941 More outstanding plume/bouquet!! One would think that with all the great West Texas material you continue to post that I would get motivated to start working on some of my stash. Hey! at least it's on the list!! I have noticed that the Texas Hwy department has been putting in more decorative touches on their overpasses. Henry

Rmf, I believe picture #2 is Thistle from Needle Peak and the other is from the Mellard Ranch, Bishop Ranch, Shurley Ranch, Manny Howard Ranch and/or Woodward Ranch-south. I don't have the knowledge to identify bouquet plume from the other bouquet-like plumes. I did hunt plume on the Bishop Ranch but most of the other material was collected by a person that lived on one of the ranches and had access to the other ranches for collecting. The pile I selected from was a mixed batch from the various ranches and after 5 moves my material got mixed into the other.

Wow great plume cabs! Really like the one with the red/white color blend.
Those mudflat sculptures are very cool too. Both the wife and I were East Bay kids and I remember that being quite the thing when I worked for the Cal State Hayward research foundation on a bird project that had me visiting all the bay shore areas.
