I posted before about cabs my wife bought years ago with the idea of having them recut. I've studied them many times and gave up. Morrisonite slabs are generally too expensive for me to buy. My goal on a purchase is what I can sell the cabs for being 2-3 times cost of the material. These are the cabs which were all purchased from the same seller.
The first one was made including matrix in the design. Removing it would make a smaller cab with not much of a design. The second is 50mm but although I could make it smaller, the framing wouldn't be much better. The fourth and the fifth are what they are and I can't improve upon them. The sixth is 60mm and I could remove material from the top, but the remaining pattern doesn't tell much of a story.
