That's a nice mixed batch you've got there! I'm loving the fire quartz. I find it tough to tumble because of the way it chips and splits. I think picture #7 is my favorite. What is the great looking red/ orange rock with the confetti inclusions in it? I'm also intrigued by the tan/ grey banded rocks in your first picture. Are they banded chert or some form of jasper?

Thanks kyoti! I wish I knew what they all are, but most of them came from various mixed batches of rough, plus a few I picked up at Paradise Beach. The red confetti one behaved like jasper in the tumbler. The small tan & gray rock (sort of triangle-shaped) at the bottom of the first picture had some undercutting in the darker veins. There are a few pieces of what I think is picture stone, just to the right of that rock, that didn’t polish as well as the rest. I might throw them into another batch to see if I can improve the shine.
